On June 19^th, 2012 Cleburne County Sheriff's deputies and Narcotics agents attempted to serve a felony arrest warrant issued for Larry J. Wright on Rushing Lane in Cleburne County.
While attempting to locate Mr. Wright officers encountered 33 year-old Bobby Summers and 47 year-old Cathy Spann, both of Pangburn. Summers and Spann were both had outstanding arrest warrants out of Cleburne County and were taken into custody and transported to the Cleburne County Detention Center. In addition to his outstanding warrant Mr Summers was also charged with Felony possession of Meth and Felony possession of drug paraphernalia. His bond was set at 25,000.00
