A pursuit, which began in downtown Panburn ended in a physical altercation with officers at 250 Hooper Lane near Lobo Landing. Robert Hooper, a fifty-one year old male was taken into custody at the scene and charged with multiple traffic violations, two counts of aggravated assault (Class D Felony), seven counts of Terroristic Threatening (Class D Felony), and Felony Fleeing (also a D Felony). At the time of his arrest Hooper was armed with a Taurus .357 Magnum revolver. Hooper is currently being held in the Cleburne County Detention Center on $100,000 bond.
