Search Warrant Yields Meth Arrest

Cleburne County Narcotics Investigators, Agents with the 16th Judicial District Drug Task Force, and Officers and Detectives from the Heber Springs Police Department executed a Search Warrant at a camper trailer on Walnut Street in Heber Springs on January 14th 2013. Thirty-nine year old Melinda Harp, who lives on Old River Road near Pangburn, was arrested at the scene and transported to the Cleburne County Detention Center charged with Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Her bond was set at 20,000.00.

During the search warrant officers located numerous items used in the manufacture and consumption of methamphetamine, as well as, an amount of liquid substance that field tested positive for methamphetamine.

Investigators with the Cleburne County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division are still actively working this case and more arrests are imminent.
