On January 29^th Narcotics Investigators, Detectives and Deputies from the Cleburne County Sheriff’s Office, along with Detectives and Officers from the Heber Springs Police Department and Troopers from the Arkansas State Police executed a search warrant at 409 Case Street in Heber Springs. Twenty-one year old Lucian Piazza, forty-one year old Stacy Absher, and forty-five year old Daniel Habour, all of Heber Springs were taken into custody and transported to the Cleburne County Detention Center. Charges filed against the three include Possession With Intent to Deliver (meth), Possession With Intent to Deliver (marijuana), Felony Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Maintaining a Drug Premise Near a School. Bond for each was set at $30,000.
