On the 21^st day of July, Cleburne County Narcotics Investigators arrested and transported to the Juvenile Detention Center in Batesville, a 15 year old on felony charges of manufacturing a controlled substance, (marijuana). In early July Cleburne County Sheriff’s Office Investigators conducted a routine flight in search of marijuana throughout northern Cleburne County. The marijuana plants being grown by the 15 year old were located in a wooded area north of Brewer road near Marvinsville. Investigators then conducted a short term investigation that lead to the arrest of the 15 year old suspect. Charges have been filed in the Juvenile Division of the Cleburne County Circuit Court.
