On October 16 2013 Narcotics Investigators with the Cleburne County Sheriff’s Office made a traffic stop for driving left of center. During the traffic stop officers located numerous items of drug paraphernalia as well as an amount of a crystal like substance that field tested positive as methamphetamine. Narcotic Investigators arrested Dionne Duncan, age 47, of Wilburn for possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia, Duncan was transported to and booked into the Cleburne County Detention Center with a 25,000.00 bond.
