On Monday October 24th, 2013 the Cleburne County Sheriff's Office pursuant to A.C.A.5-62-106 seized two horses which had been abandoned in the area of Price Ford Rd, in Cleburne County Arkansas. The horses are more specifically described as one mare and one colt. The animals are currently being maintained in a safe location by the CCSO. If you are the rightful owner of these animals, or if you have knowledge of the rightful owner please contact Sheriff Marty Moss or Cleburne County Sheriff’s Office. In the event that no owner is able to demonstrate ownership of these animals a Petition will be filed in the District Court of Cleburne County for the disposition of the animals according to state law.
