On Monday, 28 October, Cleburne County Narcotics Investigators, Officers with the Heber Sprigs Police Department, along with Investigators from the 16th Judicial District Drug Task Force executed a search warrant at 712 East Clinton Place in Heber Springs. In the process of executing the warrant Investigators located numerous items of drug paraphernalia as  well as a small amount of a substance that field tested positive for methamphetamine.

Twenty-five year-old Michaela Samuels of Heber Springs, eighteen year-old Forrest Noggle of Rosebud, twenty-two year-old Tawny Noggle of Rosebud and twenty-two year-old Matthew Verser of Tumbling Shoals were taken into custody at the scene and transported to the Cleburne County Detention Center. One additional suspect, a juvenile, was also taken into custody..
