At approximately 14:05 Deputies with the Cleburne County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a shooting at 4374 Heber Springs Road West, Quitman, Arkansas. Deputies arrived at the scene at approximately 14:20, located two (2) male victims, secured the scene and notified Detectives. The two (2) victims Sawyer New, age 21, and Tim New, age 55, both were both Cleburne County residents. Both had suffered gunshot wounds and were pronounced dead at the scene. The remains of both individuals have been transferred to the Arkansas State Crime lab for Autopsy. At this time the incident remains under investigation.
