Cleburne County Sheriff's Deputies Make Arrests of Oklahoma Murder Suspects

On May 5, 2018, Cleburne County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a BOLO (Be On Look Out) call for alleged murder suspects out of Oklahoma, that were believed to be in the Cleburne County area. Deputies located the suspect’s vehicle and conducted a stop on it. Three subjects were taken into custody without incident. Two of the subjects were the persons Oklahoma Law Enforcement were looking for in reference to a homicide. One of the persons wanted for questioning in the homicide was in possession of a small caliber handgun at the time they were taken into custody. After the subjects were taken to the Cleburne County Detention Center, they were turned over to the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation for questioning. After the interviews were conducted, two of the three subjects were charged with two counts of First Degree Murder of a pregnant woman out of Oklahoma.  Joshua Finkbeiner, 30, of Morrilton, Arkansas, and Staci Harjo, 42, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma are currently in custody at the Cleburne County Detention Center, awaiting extradition to Oklahoma. Oklahoma authorities expressed their appreciation for the job well done by the Cleburne County Sheriff’s Office Deputies. All those involved are to be commended for their hard work, diligence, and professionalism.

 

All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
