Stolen-wheeler recovered suspect arrest just hours after recovery

On May 17,2009 Stallions Oil Field Construction reported the theft of a green Honda Foreman 4- Wheeler.Information was obtained by Detective Kim Bettis and the 4-Wheeler was recovered in the Judsonia area by the Cleburne County Sheriff's Department with the assistance of the White County Sheriff's Office. Within Hours the suspect Nathaniel Chance Patrick,21 of the Pangburn area was arrested and charged with theft of property a Class B Felony according to Bettis.Patrick was arrested with out incident and Bond was set at $15,000.00. On May 8,2009 A 4-wheeler was recovered from the Higden area. Officer Bill Walker with Greers Ferry police ran the 4-wheeler at the request of the purchaser because she thought the 4-wheeler may be stolen. The-wheeler was listed as stolen out of Faulkner County. The case was turned over to Detective Kim Bettis. After further investigation it was learned that Bryan Brewer was the actual seller of the 4- Wheeler. The case was turned over to Faulkner County and warrants are being sought for Brewer.
