Sheriff's Office seeking public's help for information on two cases

On 12-27-17 the Sheriff'Office was contacted regarding a Residential Burglary complaint that occurred during daytime hours. Captured on security camera at the scene during the Burglary was a White Chevrolet Avalanche without any trim along the bottom of the vehicle, and appearing to not have a registration tag. Stolen from the residence was a Polaris Ranger ATV, a blue Kobalt air compressor, Stihl chainsaw, and Echo weed eater. Information is being sought to identify possible suspects and the whereabouts of the above stolen property. (Case #17-01287)

On 04-03-18 Deputies responded to the Eden Isle Marina main office for a Burglary complaint. Security camera footage revealed two suspects ride up to the office on a jet ski, with one white male suspect getting off the jet ski and subsequently forcing entry into the office. Information is being sought in identifying the design on the back of what it is believed to be either a motorcycle vest, or boating vest, as well as suspect information. (Case #18-00301)
