At 4:53 pm on the 14th of October, Cleburne County Sheriffs Deputies were dispatched to Skylark drive in the Prim area. It was reported there had been an individual shot in the head. Upon arrival officers discovered that 19 year old, Robert Knight had suffered a gun shot wound to the face. It appears there was alcohol and possible drug use at the time of the accident. Also present at the time of the shooting were, 22 year old, Johnny Reynolds, and 20 year old Derrick Hipp who resides at the residence. At this point in the investigation it appears Reynolds was in control of the rifle when it discharged. The case is still under investigation, and at this time it appears to be an accidental shooting. Knight was air lifted to UAMS where he remains.
