Jason Acklin

Jason Acklin, a 37 year old resident of Concord was arrested and transported to the Cleburne County Detention Center Thursday, October 27th.

Sgt. Jack Smith and Deputy Jenifer Osborn had accompanied officers from Probation and Parole who were making a routine home visit, to Acklin’s home with the intention of serving a civil paper.

While at the residence the officers discovered Methamphetamine, along with numerous items of drug paraphernalia.

Acklin was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, each a Class D Felony. Bond for Acklin was set at $2,500.
