On December 9th Narcotics agents arrested 33 year old Ann Morton at her residence on south 8th street in Heber Springs. Morton was booked into the Cleburne County Detention Center, charged with 2 counts of delivery of a controlled substance, Hydrocodone. Her bond was set at $30,000.00. The arrest was the result of a long term joint investigation conducted by Cleburne County Sheriff Narcotics, and the 16th Judicial District Drug Task Force.
