Methamphetamine Arrest

 On February 4th, 46 year old Danny Kirkpatrick of Greenbrier was arrested and booked into the Cleburne County Detention Center charged with Possession of Methamphetamine With Intent to Deliver. The incident, which involved Narcotics Investigators from the Sheriff’s Office, Officers from the Quitman and Greenbrier Police Departments and the Arkansas State Police began when Trooper Brent Bittle stopped a vehicle operated by Kirkpatrick for a traffic violation. Bond was set at $50,000.   

Juan Garcia, a 29 year old Batesville resident was taken into custody January 11th on a Federal Arrest Warrant by Narcotics Investigators from the Cleburne County Sheriff’s Office, the 16th Judicial Drug Task Force, the Independence County Sheriff’s Office and the United States Drug Enforcement Administration. Garcia’s was charged with multiple counts of Delivery of a Controlled Substance following a six month investigation of distribution of Methamphetamine in the northern part of Cleburne County. He is currently in Federal Custody.
